Should you take the Motorcyclist Training Course?

The California Highway Patrol partners with a private contractor to bring the public the Motorcycle Training Course. The MTC is a mandatory requirement for anyone under the age of 21 who wishes to get a motorcycle endorsement on his or her license.

But those over 21 can also take the course, and according to the CHP, taking the course is a recommendation for everyone seeking to secure an endorsement.
