Anti‑Spam & Communications Policy

Last Updated: October 13, 2025 | Effective: October 13, 2025

1. Scope

This Policy governs Cliont‑initiated or on‑behalf communications (emails, SMS/MMS, calls) sent through our platform for your account or your law‑firm customer.

2. Email: CAN‑SPAM

We comply with CAN‑SPAM: truthful headers/subjects, a valid physical address, and a clear opt‑out that we honor within 10 business days. We do not sell or transfer unsubscribed email addresses.

3. Calls/SMS: TCPA & FCC rules; TSR

Consent. Prior express consent (and for certain automated marketing calls/texts, prior express written consent) is required.

TSR calling hours & practices. We follow Telemarketing Sales Rule restrictions (e.g., do‑not‑call, required disclosures, recordkeeping, and calling hours 8 a.m.–9 p.m. local time).

Lead‑generation “one‑to‑one consent” update. The Eleventh Circuit vacated the FCC’s one‑to‑one consent rule in Insurance Marketing Coalition v. FCC; the FCC subsequently removed the rule. We still recommend seller‑specific, unbundled consent as a best practice and maintain granular consent logs.

4. State “mini‑TCPA” highlights

Certain states impose additional requirements (e.g., Florida FTSA amendments; Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act of 2022). You must obtain/document valid consent and comply with state‑specific limits (e.g., calling windows, frequency limits).

5. Your choices & standard disclosures

Email: Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

SMS/MMS: Text STOP to cancel; HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply; frequency varies.

Calls: You can revoke consent through any reasonable method; we document revocation.

6. On‑behalf messaging by law firms

Law‑firm customers are responsible for collecting, documenting, and retaining legally sufficient consent from recipients and for honoring opt‑outs promptly. Cliont provides controls to capture consent metadata and suppression lists.

7. Prohibitions

No spoofing, deception, or abuse; no messages to numbers on applicable DNC lists without proper exceptions; no unconsented prerecorded messages.
